For patients who find it difficult to get to the office, Allied Healthcare Physicians can bring primary and preventive care directly to the home. Home visits are often a good fit for older adults, those recovering from illness or surgery, and anyone managing a condition that makes travel difficult. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, for home visits just as we do for office visits.
Who Home Visits Are For
- Limited mobility — patients who have trouble leaving home because of illness, injury, or age-related mobility challenges.
- Chronic condition management — ongoing support for conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes that require regular check-ins.
- Post-hospital recovery — continued monitoring for patients recently discharged from a hospital stay.
